Institutional and Organisational Capacity

An institution is the ‘superstructure’ that enables the effective application of knowledge and resources (human, financial, information, etc.) for greater productivity. Institutional capacity addresses how the various components of the structure are ‘organised’ to facilitate the delivery of the services required to fulfil the mandate of the institution.

TDC works with clients to ensure that their respective institutions and organizations are fit for purpose – that there is a structure with mechanisms that provide a conducive operational environment to create opportunities for creativity, innovation, and productivity. The company assists its clients to identify, assess, and implement appropriate interventions in this regard.
