TDC promotes leadership at all levels of action: –
- Leadership that fosters belief in change, and that desired change which appears to be impossible can actually be achieved;
- Leadership that inspires and motivates others to commit themselves to achieving results that appear to impossible;
- Leadership that takes radical steps towards the desired change.
TDC’s approaches and strengthen the enablers of effective leadership in visioning, planning, mobilising resources, execution, monitoring progress, evaluation, and accounting for results.
